Carrie is everything we could have asked for in a realtor. Carrie made the entire buying experience, from A to Z, a pleasant one. She was considerate of our wants and needs, attentive to our questions, honest in her responses, and an all-around great realtor.

Carrie was amazing to work with. We felt that she cared about us and our needs as opposed to just selling us a house to increase her numbers. We had the added challenge of trying to buy during the height (so far) of the Covid19 pandemic. She was very responsive with getting us to be able to view houses and comp data. Once we found a house that we wanted to make an offer on, just gave us great advice and helped us work though getting our offer accepted. Carrie offered us recommendations on various inspectors to call during our option period and advised. She advised us through the negotiation process and helped us get more concessions then we thought we would be able to get. She advised us to go with a local lender as opposed to an online one which in the end, turned out to most likely allow us to close. About a week before we planned on closing, we received a call from Carrie that we may need to close the following day due to concerns regarding the seller’s health. The team she assembled for us actually made that happen painlessly, although we had to abide by a 3 day waiting period to do our part. I highly recommend Carrie. Next time we are in the real-estate market, Carrie will be our first choice without question.

Carrie made our long distance buying experience a breeze! She's very knowledgeable about the area and knows how to get the answers you need. She went out of her way to send us photos and videos of our new home as it was being built and stayed on top of all the details! She has a great personality and always has a smile on her face!

Carrie was exactly what we were looking for! We were interested in buying a house but we weren't in a big hurry. She really let us pace ourselves when we were looking for houses and she didn't constantly send us houses to look over. While we were looking at properties, Carrie really helped us visualize what life would be like if we were to live in each house. As first time home buyers, we really didn't know what we were getting in to but Carrie was very patient and explained everything perfectly! We could not have asked for better!

All of her recommendations have been wonderful. She will make sure you are taken care of during the negotiation process and won’t let you be taken advantage of. She also took into account our upcoming delivery date for our baby and was able to get the closing date pushed back so we wouldn’t be overwhelmed! We honestly couldn’t think more highly of her!

We have worked with other realtors in the past, but Carrie has been by far the best. She really understands the local market and has been spot-on in her recommendations on what a property will go for. She is extremely professional, patient, and just so easy to work with. She got us an excellent sales price on our home and is now helping us find the perfect new home o buy. Don't think twice, just go with Carrie!

Carrie was wonderful in assisting me to find that perfect home. She Connected me with the right people in the way of finding a financial institution. She walked me through the entire detailed process from start to close all in 45 Days! Carrie followed up with me every day until we found that home. The house I wanted had many bids and through Carrie’s expertise and knowledge of the market I was able to make an educated and successful offer. Carrie was able to negotiate monies paid to me at closing for damage to a tree caused by the ice storm. During the stressful buying process she was there to assure me that she would answer every and any questions and she did! She provided me with numbers when I needed an inspection, she provided me with numbers when I needed move-in utility information. Carrie is extremely knowledgeable about the geographical area she works. She was available to me at all times during the process. Because I moved from a different city and state my furniture was arriving two days after closing. I was so surprised to find that Carrie had put groceries in my refrigerator, (a nice welcome basket) snacks for my hotel stay and toys for my cats. She had thought of everything from making sure I had new towels in the house so that I didn’t have to dig them out of many boxes. Carrie’s service and friendship extended beyond closing date as she still remains available to me today.

From the day we first met Carrie, I knew there was something special about her. God truly led us to Carrie. My husband and I met Carrie at a random open house that she was hosting. Carrie quickly assured us that the particular hose we were at was NOT our house, but that she would find OUR house for us if we'd let her. We left there that day excited to begin our house hunt and excited for Carrie to be our Realtor. Carrie works for her clients. I mean, she really works. Early mornings, late nights, while she's on vacation, she never slows down. We had some challenges and Carrie encouraged us and helped us overcome those challenges, and celebrated with and for us when we conquered them. When I got discouraged, Carrie knew exactly when to give me space or a pep talk, whichever I needed. She became a friend during our house hunt. She listened (even when I didn't realize she was listening) and picked up on little things we would say. She was always ready to show us houses, even on short notice, and when we found OUR house, she knew exactly how to write up our offer so that we'd have the best chance of getting the house. She laughed with us and prayed for us, cheered us on and then celebrated with us. After closing when we walked into our house, Carrie had left us little surprises all over the house, one in particular that I will treasure forever. After closing, she has kept in contact with us - which has been wonderful, because I actually missed talking to and/or being with her most every day! With all that I am, I confidently recommend Carrie Beamer. Words just can't express the gratitude we have for Carrie and how thankful we are that she was willing to be our Realtor. We don't plan on moving again any time soon, but if we ever do, we won't look for a Realtor. We'll just call Carrie. When our friends and family need a Realtor, we know a lady!
