She walked me through the entire detailed process from start to close all in 45 Days! Carrie followed up with me every day until we found that home. The house I wanted had many bids and through Carrie’s expertise and knowledge of the market I was able to make an educated and successful offer. Carrie was able to negotiate monies paid to me at closing for damage to a tree caused by the ice storm. During the stressful buying process she was there to assure me that she would answer every and any questions and she did! She provided me with numbers when I needed an inspection, she provided me with numbers when I needed move-in utility information. Carrie is extremely knowledgeable about the geographical area she works. She was available to me at all times during the process. Because I moved from a different city and state my furniture was arriving two days after closing. I was so surprised to find that Carrie had put groceries in my refrigerator, (a nice welcome basket) snacks for my hotel stay and toys for my cats. She had thought of everything from making sure I had new towels in the house so that I didn’t have to dig them out of many boxes. Carrie’s service and friendship extended beyond closing date as she still remains available to me today.
