While Austin’s multifamily market is still experiencing vacancy rates of around 11% and new construction starts are way down, HPI felt now was the right time to commence construction on its big new multifamily development adjacent to The Domain, where demand is high. It's a short distance from major employers such as Amazon, Charles Schwab, IBM, Indeed, Expedia and Nvidia.Categories
