Realtors see concessions, pricing gaps continue in the new year

Most Realtors saw clients push to sell above market estimates, 2025 data shows. Those who bought in the 2020s are having the toughest time realizing gains as sellers continue to far outweigh buyers. Included with this report is a list of neighborhoods selling the most homes.
