Pflugerville Named in U.S. News & World Report’s 2025-2026 Best Places to Live

Pflugerville – May 20, 2025 − U.S. News & World Report, the global authority in rankings and consumer advice, has named Pflugerville one of the 2025-2026 Best Places to Live in the nation.

Pflugerville ranked No. 15 in the nation, out of the top 250 unveiled. According to U.S. News & World Report, this year’s list evaluated more than 850 of the country’s top cities based on how well they meet consumers' living expectations, with measures including value, job market, desirability and quality of life.

The four measures factored into this year’s ranking were weighted in part based on a public survey of thousands of individuals throughout the U.S. to find out what qualities they consider important in a place to live. The methodology also factors in data from U.S. News' internal resources, Applied Geographic Solutions, and U.S. government agencies including the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Census Bureau, 

Federal Bureau of Investigation, Federal Emergency Management Agency, and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
