Paseo deemed best new residential high-rise in Austin

What happens when a street built for nightlife is redesigned for everyday life? For years, Austin's Rainey Street was defined almost exclusively by nightlife and fell quiet during the day amid prolonged construction. Paseo was designed to help change that trajectory. This is part of ABJ's special report on the 2026 Austin Commercial Real Estate Awards.
