Buda's big Persimmon master-planned community opens to buyers
Many of the issues that delayed the project's approval stemmed from its location, which straddles the extraterritorial jurisdictions of Buda and Austin. MileStone and the city of Buda spent years trying to reach a deal, disagreeing over parameters such as lot sizes and numbers of homes.
