Austin condo tower The Modern refinances construction loan amid strong sales
Sales for over half of downtown Austin's latest condo tower, The Modern, have closed. Developer Urbanspace has also refinanced the tower's construction loan, and CEO Kevin Burns predicted that The Modern will be Austin's last condo tower delivered in the 2020s.
